On March 18th, the 2026 China (Guzhen) International Lighting Fair (Spring) opened at the Dengdu Guzhen Convention and Exhibition Center in Zhongshan, Guangdong. This exhibition has received approval from the Ministry of Commerce for the first time, with the theme of "Ancient Town Lighting Illuminates the World". It adopts a "1+8+N" exhibition store linkage model, with the main venue and 8 sub venues. The total exhibition area exceeds 1.5 million square meters, gathering more than 3600 enterprises and over 100000 new products.

At the beginning of 2026, the lighting industry will welcome multiple mandatory standards and certification regulations, promoting the industry to upgrade towards safety, efficiency, and green direction.

According to the latest data from the China Lighting Electrical Appliances Association, in the first two months of 2026, the export value of "lamps, lighting devices and their components" in China was about 6.5 billion US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 17%, and the industry showed a trend of recovery.
